At SwitchKeys, we want to ensure your setup is perfect; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all electronic components and peripherals remain in their original packaging with all seals intact.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories provided.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label sent to your email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
