How long does shipping take for custom mechanical keyboards?
In-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days. For custom-built keyboards, please allow 5-7 business days for assembly and testing before dispatch.
What is your return policy for switches and keycaps?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused switches, keycaps, and accessories. Please note that lubricants and custom-soldered PCBs are final sale.
Do you provide a warranty on electronic components?
Yes, all PCBs and pre-built keyboards come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage from improper soldering or liquid spills.
Can I cancel a Group Buy order?
Group Buy orders can be cancelled for a full refund until the Group Buy period ends. Once the order has been placed with the manufacturer, we can only offer store credit minus a 3% processing fee.
Are your keycaps compatible with my current keyboard?
Most of our keycaps use the standard MX stem, making them compatible with Cherry, Gateron, Kailh, and Otemu switches. Please check the layout compatibility chart on the product page for specific sizing.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, SwitchKeys ships worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the order.
